Paxton and Whitfield’s Cave Aged Cheddar
A deliciously mellow and distinctively fruity cheddar with a nutty bite. Great with Port.
Strong, nutty and full flavoured, with a great depth and complexity of flavour. Great with Purity Ubu or Lagunitas IPA.
Made in the heart of the East Sussex Countryside with an amazing creamy, sweet nutty flavour, Mayfield is an excellent alternative to continental Alpine cheeses. Great with Leffe.
A pretty pyramidal goat’s cheese with a fresh and zingy flavour and a vegetable ash coating, that takes it’s name from it’s neighbour Glastonbury Tor. Great with Stonebuck Savignon Blanc.
Super-bright and fresh, with a more-ish velvety texture which becomes creamier and denser as it matures. Great with Alma Andina Torrontes or Valento Spumante.
Alex James’ now famous spicy and rich blue cheese with creamy hints of dark chocolate. Great with Oltre Passo Primitivo.
Cornish Vintage Gouda
Extra mature, aged for 18 months, with a complex nutty flavour and a satisfying crunch. Great with Five Foot Track Shiraz.
A soft, white bloomy-rind cheese with a golden curd and long lasting, earthy flavours. Great with Chapel Down Curious Brew.
